Five New Designs For Edinburgh Royal High Primary School
The design team recently visited the wonderful Royal High Primary School in Edinburgh where they were met with a very warm welcome by the on-site facility staff.
The team started with a dynamic 1-25 Number Spiral which set the bench mark for a colourful transformation and some exciting numeracy!
We then moved on to a beautifully designed Alphabet Tree.
Next up was the multi coloured Spell Jump….
A quick cup of strong Scottish tea was next before heading around the corner for part two of the transformation!
It was time for a Smiley Clock Face to help all the children have lots of fun learning to tell the time.
The piece de resistance was our scary Danger Trail with sharks, crocodiles and fire!
We had a great time in Edinburgh working on these designs with the staff and were delighted that the on site teachers and maintenance team were so happy with the end result. As there was a teacher’s strike we had the benefit of an empty school which helped us expedite the job in hand,in time for the children returning the next day!!
We also received this wonderful testimonial which made all the hard work all the more worthwhile:
“We have recently had 5 murals added to our playground by first4playgrounds and are absolutely delighted with the results. The team were very flexible with regards to timings working around what suited us. On the day the team were extremely efficient and consummate professionals.
The quality of their work is exceptional and has added a much-needed splash of colour and fun to our playground.
We would highly recommend using first4playgrounds and thank them very much for brightening up our break times here at the Royal High Primary School!”

The school was so happy with our work that one of the parents from the PTA has asked us to return to Edinburgh for another exciting job.
